Tree houses are no more Tarzan’s domain! Infact, owning a tree house is the latest fad with those looking for a unique property that encourages a more organic approach to country living. A company, Syabrite is to develop a modular tree house concept in partnership with the local planning authorities of England. The prefab-tree house will range in size from one-bedroom houses to a luxurious five bedroom model. The company’s site reports, “The prefabricated design can be installed on site within two weeks and is extremely lightweight, uses many recycled products, is part self-sustainable and low on maintenance.”
